Teton County Health Department is excited to announce a new initiative aimed at empowering postpartum and expecting mothers through a weekly group. This is a welcoming space where you can move your body, share experiences, and speak openly about the rewarding and challenging aspects of motherhood. Whether you're navigating pregnancy or adjusting to life with a new baby, you'll find understanding companions and supportive conversations here. Bring an infant carrier, or borrow one to walk inside at the Rec Center. As the seasons change, bring a stroller for outdoor walking! (Health Department has infant carriers and strollers to borrow too!)
